Jeffery Dean Morgan

John Winchester is the father of Dean and Sam and widow of the late Mary Winchester. When Dean was a child and Sam was just a baby, Mary was killed in a fire that engulfed her body and burned their house that was caused by an evil demon. John was left to care for his sons alone while dealing with this great tragedy. For a while everyone thought John had gone crazy, but he hadn’t, he spent a long time looking for the demon that killed his wife when finally he came face to face with it while Dean was with him. Jeffery’s Biography

Jeffery was born on April 22, 1966 in Seattle, Washington. He is primarily of Scottish heritage. The Morgan family is descended from noble and royal blood from people like Kind Edward III, king of England and King Pedro I who was king of Castille. A branch of the Morgan family came to New England in 1600 and some famous descendants are former President Millard Fillmore, Daniel Boone, Tennessee Williams, Humphrey Bogart, and George Washington Gale Ferris Jr.

Before Jeffery moved to L.A. to become an actor he opened a graphic art company in Seattle. He is a huge fan of the Seahawks. His hobbies include writing, reading and painting. He did a painting in 2006 and donated it to a charity that helps sheltered cats and dogs in Pasadena, CA called Race for the Rescues’ “Walk of Paws Celebrity Art Auction.” Jeffery has a 9-year-old female Rottweiler mix named Bisou. Her name means “kiss” in French.

Jeffery started out his career in 1991 in the movie Uncaged as Sharkey. In 1995, he played in two movies Dillinger and Capone and Undercover. In 1996 he played in several episodes of The Burning Zone (that lasted until 1997), he also played in one episode of Sliders and the TV movie In the Blink of an Eye. In 1997, he played in the movie Legal Deceit. In 1999, he played in the movie Road Kill as Bobby. In 2000, he played in an episode of Walker Texas Ranger. In 2001, he did an episode of ER. He was in four television shows in 2002 - JAG, Angel, The Practice, and The Division.

In 2003, Jeffery played in one episode of Enterprise, one episode of CSI and the movie Something More. In 2004, Jeffery played in the movies Dead and Breakfast and Six: The Mark Unleashed. In 2005 he played in Chasing Ghosts and also started his part in Supernatural. Jeffery started his short career as the well-known Denny Duquette on Grey’s Anatomy in 2006. In 2007 he played in the movies Live!, P.S. I Love You, and Kabluey. Jeffery is playing in three movies that are to be released in 2008 and one that is to be released in 2009.
